Mother Nature may have won the battle (wiping out the first four days of this year's Washington Auto Show) but the nation's capital won the war. DC's annual showcase of the best and sexiest cars in the world debuted yesterday, and kicked into high gear today... culminating in Young Professionals Night and special guest appearances by Washington Redskins star QB Kirk Cousins and the Redskins Cheerleaders.
Of course, there were cars as well... over 700 new models (from 40+ manufacturers) and plenty of food and entertainment, including my personal favorite - the Hyundai "Hands-On" Contest, which ends Sunday (January 31st) when DC101's Klinger announces the winner of a brand new 2016 Tucson SE at noon. Sure beats leasing, doesn't it?
