This season, Rosa Mexicano is adding some Latin flair to the holiday festivities with its authentic Mexican Christmas and New Year¹s offerings. Both the Penn Quarter and National Harbor restaurants will be open on Christmas Eve and Day and New Year¹s Eve and Day, serving celebratory Mexican feasts, cocktails and holiday cheer.
Hot Canela-Spiced Tequila Cider & All-Day Christmas Prix Fixe:
Guests can enjoy a Feliz Navidad and spice up their Christmas tradition with Rosa Mexicano's special all-day menu served on Christmas Eve and Day. The festive dishes are available a la carte or as a $35 prix fixe two-course dinner with a holiday cocktail. Guests can enjoy a Hot Tequila Cider, Blood Orange Margarita or virgin Hot Canela-Spiced Cider alongside Christmas specials, including but not limited to Lamb Shank slow-cooked, coated with three chiles, garlic and spices; Grilled wild jumbo shrimp and scallops marinated in a garlic vinaigrette with tomatoes, onions and serrano chiles; and Calabaza Creme Brûlée, pumpkin custard infused with holiday spices and topped with caramelized sugar; served with pumpkin spice cookies.

Ring in the New Year with a Mexican feast at Rosa Mexicano. Complete with a festive Sparkling Margarita, Rosa Mexicano will be serving a 4-course prix fixe dinner for $35 a person featuring its seasonal Guacamole de Granada with pomegranate and pumpkin seeds, prepared tableside; Lobster and Short Rib Flautas; entrees such as a Chicken & Skirt Steak Skillet with slow-cooked peppers and Chihuahua cheese or the classic Tablones, a slow-braised, bone-in short rib with smoky mestiza sauce; and a fiesta-sized Tres Leches Cake for dessert, complete with a sparkler.
