Fast Casual Concept to Serve Regionally Inspired Hot Dogs to Travelers

matchboxfoodgroup is thrilled to announce the expansion of its fast-casual hot dog concept DC-3 to Dulles International Airport, expected to land in March 2016.

The 800 square foot location will bring airport goers specialty hot dogs when it opens a second location in terminal B. Tourists and locals alike will be able to enjoy custom hot dogs such as the DC-hot half smoke made up of a Logan’s Sausage half smoke, sweet relish, yellow mustard, and raw onions; the classic Chicago 7 topped with yellow mustard, tomato, dill pickle, neon relish, raw onions and celery salt; and the Cincinnati Coney with shredded cheddar, onions and mustard. Operated by Outstanding Hospitality Management (OHM), the location will be open from 6 AM until the last flight out, and will also serve breakfast.
