Celebrate Thanksgiving in Plume at The Jefferson

Plume invites you, along with friends and family to celebrate Thanksgiving in Plume on Thursday, November 26th. Enjoy a three course meal prepared by Executive Chef Ralf Schlegel with choices that include: Roasted Rainbow Beet Puzzle Variation with Sour Cherry Vinaigrette, Horseradish Cream, Organic Path Valley Farms Turkey with Apple Chestnut Bread Stuffing, Cranberry Relish, Green Bean Savory Cassoulet, Maple Gravy and Opalis White Chocolate Petit-Gâteau with Autumn Spices and Fruits des Bois Poached Pear, Pain de Gênes.

Seating times are 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM and cost is $102 per adult and $48 per child (12 and under). Beverages, tax and gratuity not included. See below for the full Thanksgiving menu.

Please note that all reservations have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a credit card is required at the time of booking. All cancellations less than 24-hours in advance will be charged the full price of the menu per person in the party.
