Toast the Holidays at Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca with 25 Cocktails for Christmas

Beverage Director Tim Hayes of Ashok Bajaj’s Italian hot spot Bibiana has created 25 new seasonally-inspired drinks, a countdown to December 25th and the spirited holiday season. Among the list of festive libations for the season of merriment is the Christmas Cookie, espresso, Prosecco grappa and lemon air; the Belladonna, bourbon, apple cider and cranberry; the Variopinto, Prosecco grappa, orange, honey, fig, ginger and rosemary tincture; the Acero Sprezzatura, Buffalo Trace, maple syrup, Amaro Nonino, orange, and the Fichi, Maker’s Mark, pureed figs, maple syrup and vanilla sugar. These cocktails, which are perfect for toasting the holidays, will start shaking on November 30th. Guests can experience a new libation every evening through December 24th, and each is priced at $12. A complete list of the 25 is posted below.

Bibiana opens weekdays for lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, and dinner is served Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 PM to 11 PM.
