Enjoy a Three-Course, Prix Fixe Menu for a Special Price of $60 for Two
Met Bethesda, located at 7101 Democracy Blvd., Bethesda, MD, 20817, on the mezzanine level of Westfield Montgomery, will host "Besties Night Out" Sunday through Thursday nights beginning now until January 31, 2016. Those who dine at Met Bethesda with their best pal during these featured nights can enjoy a three-course, prix fixe menu priced at $30 per person, which includes an appetizer, entrée and a dessert to share with their bestie. Friends can also add a bottle of house red or white wine to their meal for an additional $10 (tax and gratuity not included.) Met Bethesda is known for its American fare, cooked over an open wood fire grill, and is conveniently located on the mezzanine level of Westfield Montgomery shopping complex. This offer makes for a perfect evening out for dinner and a movie, or shopping the mall and sharing exceptional fare with one’s best friend.
The menu begins with a choice of appetizers such as New England Clam Chowder with bacon and chives; Duo of Tuna & Salmon Tartare served with taro chips; Crispy Coconut Calamari with red jalapeños and crack sauce; Modern Caesar Salad with romaine, endive, escarole, parmesan frico, garlicky croutons and caesar dressing; Brown Sugar Beef with scallions, cilantro and sesame seeds, as well as BBQ Pork Belly with Korean BBQ sauce and pickled cucumber. Enticing entrée options include Met Brick Chicken with sweet corn polenta and salsa verde; Scottish Salmon with Meyer lemon labneh, farro, dates and nuts; Rack of Ribs with Brussels slaw and mac & cheese; Rigatoni Bolognese with three meats: pork, veal and beef with 12-hour sauce, and the Met Rice Bowl with sautéed greens, carrots, cucumber, zucchini, bean sprouts, mushrooms, fried egg, soy-ginger sauce and a choice of steak or tofu. For dessert, besties can split a Brownie Sundae made for two.
