Perennial artisan ales paired with French cuisine

Bastille restaurant’s 2015 Foam and Flame Dinner, dubbed an “Ode to Summer,” featuring beers from Perennial Artisan Ales each paired with a contemporary French dish designed by Chef Christophe Poteaux.

Crab cake, lemongrass curry, glazed baby bok choy
Saison de Lis, Belgian-style ale brewed with chamomile flowers

Regalia, Belgian-style ale made from barley, wheat and spelt

Cheese
Truffle Tremor
Nut bread, truffle honey
Aria, Belgian-style ale
