Big Game Movie Review

The ABCs of Hunting

IMDb Plot: A young teenager (Onni Tommila) camping in the woods helps rescue the President of the United States (Samuel L. Jackson) when Air Force One is shot down near his campsite.

Finland's most expensive movie ever, features a 13-year-old kid, looking to make his mark on the world, opposite President Sam Jackson... in the middle of nowhere. Not the best match (on paper) but fun to watch nevertheless. Big Game is part Agent Cody Banks, part Cliffhanger with a trace of Tarzan tossed in for good measure. It's also campy and silly to a fault (especially back home, at the Pentagon.) That said, where else would you find the President talking via a cup-on-a-string to a kid with a bow and arrow? "Do you come in peace?" Don't bet on it.
