Photo Recap: Passport DC - Around the World Embassy Tour 2015

Getting "Around the World in 80 days" used to be a big deal: Now you can do it in a couple of hours, assuming you live in/near the nation's capital. We just got back from Cultural Tourism DC's Passport DC - Around the World Embassy Tour; and suffice it to say, we had a blast. More than 40 embassies are open today (another 28 next weekend at Shortcut to Europe) but we only had time to visit seven, along International Drive (by Van Ness-UDC on the Metro Red Line.) Click here for a list of participating Embassies; and click here for the map legend. Still undecided? You better hurry: Most embassies stay open today through 4:00 PM.
