Mother’s Day Weekend

The picturesque Shenandoah National Park serves as a stunning backdrop for a day of celebrating Mom! Sample DuCard’s latest varietals while enjoying live music courtesy of fan-favorite Mattie Fuller. DuCard has partnered with the Madison Garden Club to bring a special Plant Sale to the vineyard that day.

Wineappalooza!
Saturday, May 16th, 12 noon - 7:00 PM
DuCard’s annual wine, music, food and crafts festival is back! Live musical entertainment will be provided by two bands: The Local Vocals and Scuffletown, while Pig & Steak Restaurant will provide a delicious food menu. Numerous craft vendors will be on site to display and sell their wares. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door (entry includes an official DuCard wine glass for each attendee to take home.) Pets and families are welcome!
Chocolate & Wine Pairing Event
Saturday, June 13th, 12:30 - 6:00 PM. $30/person
Noted Washington DC chef, Anh Thu Hoang will present a tasting of her gourmet chocolates carefully paired with a flight of DuCard’s red wines. Following the tasting, which will be held in DuCard’s Barrel Room, guests can enjoy live music on the patio courtesy of the Charlottesville Municipal Band’s Rivanna Winds & Brass Quintet. Four seatings for this event will be available (12:30 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:30 PM, and 5:00 PM) and reservations are required. Secure your spot by calling (540) 923-4206.
Father’s Day Cigar & Wine Pairing
Sunday, June 21st, 12 noon - 5:00 PM. No cover charge.
What better way to celebrate Dad than by treating him an afternoon of great wine, great cigars, live music and breathtaking views? This Father’s Day, DuCard will partner with Panacea Cigar Company to host a special cigar and wine pairing event. Representatives from Panacea will be on site to offer cigar education and answer questions. Specially priced wine and cigar combinations will be for sale that day. Local singer-songwriter Paulo Franco will be on hand to entertain guests with his unique blend of folk, country and rock music.
