Red Robin Burger Works is comin' to town (again.) The Colorado-based burger joint has already won over locals at its L'Enfant Plaza location; and now has its eyes on downtown. Best of all, they're fast on the draw... scheduled to open, Monday, March 23rd in the space formerly home to Boloco, near the corner of 19th & L Streets, NW. Signage is up (and tables are in place for outdoor dining.) Hopefully, we'll have a chance to take it for a test drive before its grand opening. Until then, let's settle for a peak at their menu.
