Celebrate Easter at José Andrés' America Eats Tavern
From our friends at America Eats Tavern...
Celebrate Easter Sunday with an all-you-can-eat Easter Brunch including fresh doughnuts, a ham carving + biscuit station, fresh seafood bar, jambalaya station, popular entrees such as the Eggs a la Benedick, a dedicated cake table, and more at America Eats Tavern by José Andrés.
When: Sunday, April 5 from 10 AM - 3 PM
Where: America Eats Tavern (1700 Tysons Blvd)
What: All-you-can-eat Easter Brunch for $45/person (Children 10 and under, $25/per.) Reservations recommended.
Festive offerings executed by Head Chef Nate Waugaman will include the following, alongside juice and coffee:
• Continental Breakfast Table: House-made granola, South Mountain Creamery yogurt, seasonal fruit and an assortment of cheeses, house-made muffins and biscuits, fresh butter and jam
• Seafood Bar: Oysters, Clams, Shrimp and Grapefruit Cocktail, Deviled King Crab Cocktail, Shrimp and Crab Cocktail
• Ham Biscuit Station: Ham carving stand featuring mini drop biscuits, blackberry jam, grain mustard, red eye mayo and pickles
• Jambalaya Station: Vegetable Jambalaya, Shrimp Jambalaya, Suckling Pig Jambalaya
• Cake Table: Mini Tart, Mini Martha Washington Chocolate Cake, Mini Coconut Cake, Mini Key Lime Pie
• Sample Entrees: Shrimp ‘N’ Grits, Fried Chicken with “Cold Slaw,” Waldorf Salad, Mini Waffles, Eggs a la Benedick, Texas Chili Brisket, Maple-Glazed Scrapple (available as small plates for guests to pick up from the pass)
• Made to Order: Omelets and Eggs any style
• Table Delivery: Fresh doughnuts to share.
