Cafe Deluxe is stepping into spring with a new seasonal menu of decadent
desserts. Perfect for enjoying at the beginning or end of the meal, the new
menu launching Monday, March 30 offers something to satisfy every sweet tooth
craving from rich chocolate notes to warm fruity flavors.
Chocolate lovers can’t go wrong with
the new Colossal Chocolate Cake large
enough to share and made of a towering four-layer dark chocolate cake filled
and iced with rich chocolate ganache and served with a tart raspberry sauce. Not
to be missed are the Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich
made with vanilla ice cream sandwiched in between house made brownies topped
with chocolate sauce and spiced walnuts; Skillet
Cookie featuring one large made to order chocolate chip cookie served warm
in a cast iron skillet and topped with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream;
and Bread Pudding mixed with
brioche, vanilla bean crème, semi-sweet chocolate, warm citrus rum caramel
served with whipped cream.
Fruit focused highlights include the Apple Crumble made with Granny Smith
apples baked with cinnamon and brown sugar and served warm with vanilla or
cinnamon ice cream; and the Cobbler of
the Day featuring baked fruit cobbler with a biscuit crust and served with
vanilla ice cream.
Those looking for classic dessert offerings can indulge in the Crème Brûlée made with vanilla custard and
caramelized sugar or the classic Deluxe Sunday
with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, M&Ms, whipped cream and a cherry on
top.
