Fringetree Offers Restaurant Week Special

The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center recently completed an extensive $17 million renovation to its 406-room hotel, mere blocks away from the White House. The crown jewel of said renovation is Fringetree, a drop-dead gorgeous restaurant that specializes in New American cuisine. Still relatively new, you can sample just how beautiful it is, for yourself during DC's upcoming Restaurant Week (August 11-17.) That's when Fringetree offers a three-course lunch special for just $20.14.

What does $20.14 get you? First course is Chilled Summer Cucumber Soup with Yogurt and Dill, followed by a Main Course of Grilled Mahi Filet, served with Heirloom Tomato and Asparagus Salad and a Lemon Mustard Seed Vinaigrette. Last but not least, a Third Course is also provided... Sea Salt Gelato Caramel with a Chocolate Cake. Go ahead: Feel free to salivate.
