Vinifera Launches Grilling with the Chef
Chef John-Michael Introduces New Summer Dinner Series
Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro's garden patio is in full bloom and so is the restaurant's al fresco new dinner series, Grilling with the Chef! Select Fridays this summer, guests can enjoy premium cut meats, summer sides and salads, and more while learning best grilling practices from "grill master" Chef John-Michael.
Beginning Friday, June 20, Vinifera invites locals and visitors to experience their hidden outdoor oasis while savoring grilled summer favorites from Chef John-Michael. An assortment of meats, seafood, and vegetables will be made to order and served hot off the grill. Menus will change from week-to-week but and include standouts like ribs, herb marinated chicken breast, Mediterranean salmon, BBQ pulled pork, spice-rubbed hanger steak, and grilled shrimp and vegetable skewers.
To accompany the grilled items, Chef John-Michael offers an array of vibrant salads and sides bursting with garden produce including grilled corn and feta cheese salad, mixed green salad, a medley of leeks, shitake mushrooms & green onions, caprese salad, roasted red pepper hummus, and Israeli couscous. For dessert, guests can satisfy a sweet tooth with freshly baked brownies, cookies, and house made fruit smoothies.
Grilling with the Chef takes place every other Friday from 5:00pm-8:30pm, weather permitting. $25 includes grilled items, sides, dessert and a glass of house wine.
