Enterprise CarShare Expands to Virginia

From our friends at Enterprise CarShare...

Arlington Gets Affordable, Convenient New Transportation Option; Enterprise CarShare Offering Special Limited Time Rate of $5 an Hour

After successfully launching in Washington, DC, Enterprise CarShare announced today that it is expanding its popular service to neighboring Virginia with special rates.

Enterprise CarShare is adding new locations in Arlington, Va. – giving members a convenient new transportation option any time of the day or night. Car locations include spots in the Rosslyn, Clarendon, Ballston and Courthouse neighborhoods, building on more than 80 locations in DC.

For a limited time, Enterprise CarShare is offering new members an all-inclusive rate of just $5 an hour for Economy and Midsize vehicles – including fuel and physical damage/liability protection – for DC and Virginia members. This gives Virginia residents a new, affordable option for getting around the area on their own schedules.

“We’ve heard from our members that they want CarShare locations in Virginia, particularly in the Arlington area,” said Michelle Bosch, vice president/general manager for Enterprise in the Washington, DC area. “With this expansion, Virginia residents are getting a service that’s reliable, convenient, easy on the wallet and an environmentally-friendly supplement to public transit.”

Drivers can reserve a car by the hour, day or overnight for one all-inclusive price. Signing up and renting a car is simple -- and can be done easily on a mobile device, tablet or desktop computer.

Drivers can sign up for a limited time offer by visiting www.enterprisecarshare.com/joindc.

“Enterprise CarShare is a great option for locals who want an affordable, easy way to get around the DC metropolitan area,” Bosch said. “Best of all, it’s backed by Enterprise's award-winning customer service, available to members 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”

Enterprise CarShare expanded to Washington in September, and continues to add new locations throughout the area. To locate vehicles and learn more, go to www.enterprisecarshare.com/joindc, visit the Enterprise CarShare Facebook page, or follow @carshare on Twitter.
