DC Auto Show Opens Thursday


The Walter E. Washington Convention Center opens its doors once again to one of DC's premiere showcases... the 2014 Washington Auto Show. The annual car exhibit... easily the city's biggest show of the year opens Thursday, January 23rd and runs through Sunday, February 2nd. During that time, 100's of thousands will visit, checking out over 700 cars from more than 42 manufacturers, in addition to an all-star lineup of celebrities including Nationals (Bryce Harper, Jayson Werth) Redskins (Pierre Garçon) beauties (Audrina Patridge, Karina Smirnoff) and former WWE champs Sheamus and The Miz.

Tickets cost $12 for adults, $5 for kids 6-12 and FREE for all kids 5 & under. Auto Trader day ($4 off coupons) is Friday the 24th; and students, seniors 65+ and active military get $4 discounts on weekdays ($2 on weekends) throughout the show. There's also MILITARY DAY on Tuesday the 28th with FREE admission for all military with proper ID. Students get an extra dollar off on Monday, January 27th with $7 admission for STUDENT DAY. Hours vary. Noon to 9:00 PM on Thursday, Jan. 23, and Monday-Thursday, Jan. 27-30. Noon to 10:00 PM on Friday, Jan. 24 & Jan. 31. 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM on Saturday, Jan. 25 & Feb. 1; and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday, Feb. 2 (closing day.)
