Largest Mid-Atlantic Culinary Festival Will Take Over Pennsylvania Avenue
The Taste of DC Returns for Their Third Year
Taste of DC is back again to bring the nation’s capital two days of the District’s very best food, drink, and entertainment.
On October 12th and 13th, Taste of DC will transform Pennsylvania Avenue between the White House and the Capital into the Mid-Atlantic’s premier community and culinary festival. Attendees will be able to sample food from more than 50 of the district’s most popular restaurants on Restaurant Row and taste over 30 beers from around the globe in the Beer Garden, presented by Stella Artois. All restaurants will feature at least one tasting item for $1-3 and up to three additional items for $4 or more. There will even be the opportunity for a behind the scenes look at the tips and tricks of some of D.C.’s finest chefs while they present their signature dishes on the Culinary Stage.
The Culinary Stage will also host the 3rd Annual Ben’s Chili Bowl’s World Chili Eating Championship! For live music and other exciting entertainment, attendees can head over to the Music Stage to enjoy local musicians, various performers, and any of the amazing headlining acts (to be announced in September 2013!)
Guests of all ages will be sure to have a blast at the Radio Disney Family Zone where they can play interactive games, enjoy quality entertainment, and even snag some giveaways!
