Season Ticket Renewals
Season ticket renewal applications are being sent to 2012-13 season ticket holders the week of July 8. Fans must return their season ticket applications by Thursday, August 15 to guarantee their seat assignments from the previous year.
As a special thank you to returning season ticket holders, fans who renew their seats by the August 15 deadline will have their processing fees waived for the 2013-14 season.
Renewals are only available by mail or phone. To request a change in the number of seats or location of your season ticket application, update your contact information, or ask additional questions, please call 202.994.7325 or email GWpromos@gwu.edu.
First-Time Season Ticket Purchases
Fans can purchase new season tickets now. Seat purchases in locations not used for 2012-13 can be reserved today, and all fans interested in purchasing seats occupied in 2012-13 will be able to request seats today.
New fans requesting previously occupied seats will be notified of the status of their request in late August after the renewal deadline passes.

Charles E. Smith Center Box Office Hours
The Smith Center Box Office is open for season ticket purchases and requests Monday through Friday between 9:30am - 5:30pm. Fans wishing to stop by the Smith Center Box Office are encouraged to call in advance to schedule an appointment.
