Do you have what it takes to become the Next Food Network Star? The popular Food Network reality TV show is holding an open casting call for its upcoming ninth season, this coming Monday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on 1515 Rhode Island Avenue, NW.
Interested prospects should fill out an online application (click here) and bring two photos of yourself (labeled with your name on the back) and your resume to the DoubleTree. In addition to DC, casting calls have already been held in Atlanta, Chicago, LA, Miami, New York, Philadelphia and Seattle. DC marks the final stop, but fear not: The nation's capital has had a representative in the past two seasons, including food writer Mary Beth Albright, who made it all the way to the final four in season seven.
