Lebron, Heat Visit Verizon

Lebron James and the defending NBA champs, the Miami Heat visit Verizon Center later tonight to face the Washington Wizards. Tip-off is set for 7:00 PM. On paper, tonight's game appears to be a mismatch (Miami is 12-3, the Wiz 1-13) but you never know what's going to happen when these two battle it out.

Believe it or not, the Wizards have won the last two match-ups between them (86-84 and 104-70 last April, when the Heat were resting their starters for their eventual title run.) Don't expect the Heat to rest James, Chris Bosh or Dwayne Wade tonight: Could that be the sweet scent of revenge in the air? Regardless of who wins or loses, it's exciting to have the world champs at Verizon... even if it's just for a couple of hours.

Wizards star center Nene is still nursing a fever, but is expected to play. Second-year forward Chris Singleton may draw a start at power forward, to better matchup against former Wizard Rashard Lewis (who's starting in place for injured Shane Battier.) I'd hate to see Jan Vesely out there, wouldn't you?
