Celebrate the Holidays with Delectable Dining at 14K Restaurant at Hamilton Hotel Washington D.C.

Hamilton Hotel D.C. and its signature restaurant 14K invite guests to celebrate the holiday season and ring in the new year with celebratory menus for Thanksgiving brunch and dinner and Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinner. A special New Year’s Eve celebration with live music will also be offered.

The Thanksgiving brunch will be offered from 11 AM to 3 PM on November 24 (last seating at 3 PM) and is priced at $50 for adults and $25 for children, excluding tax and gratuity. The indulgent, buffet-style brunch menu includes:



Garden Delights: Golden beet, apple and goat cheese, heirloom tomato, 14K mixed green and spinach salads

Tropical Fruit Display: Sweet melon with raspberry gel and star anise dust, exotic tropical fruit salad and cranberry sauce

Cured Meats: Soppresatta, air-dried beef, prosciutto, capicola and chorizo with cornichons, pearl onions, Greek olive mix, whole grain mustard

Bountiful Breads and Soup Du Jour: Artisanal breads and Danishes with cinnamon butter and cinnamon-infused pumpkin bisque

Fruit of the Sea: Pink peppercorn-poached shrimp with citrus gremolata, leek tart with smoked salmon and crème fraîche and cold Alaskan snow crab legs with fresh thyme burnt butter

Land and Sea: Honeycomb and sage buttered sweet potato purée, pumpkin risotto, sweet paprika-smoked green beans, grapefruit and chicory-dusted halibut, glazed chicken with caramelized fennel bulbs and orange marmalade, leg of lamb with lingonberry glaze, savory corn bread stuffing and mashed potatoes.

Carved Meats: Herb roasted turkey with giblet gravy and pineapple glazed candied ham

Sweet Endings: Assortment of petite fours, mini dessert shooters, mini tarts and holiday mini cakes and pies

Build Your Own “Ultimate” Bloody Mary Bar (additional $9 each): Bloody Mary vodka, vegetables, herbs, pickled vegetables, meats, juices, seasoning, and spices, sauces, cheeses, seafood and stuffed olives

Endless Champagne Bar (additional $15 each): Collection of 14K’s mixologist’s 14 Champagne creations.

The Thanksgiving dinner will be offered from 5 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Nov. 24 and is priced at $45 for adults and $23 for children, excluding tax and gratuity. The delicious holiday dinner includes choices of:

Garden Delights: Heirloom tomato salad, 14K mixed green salad or spinach salad with crispy pancetta

Soup Du Jour: Cinnamon-infused pumpkin bisque

Entrées: Herb-roasted turkey with giblet gravy or pineapple-glazed candied ham. Both options come with honeycomb and sage buttered sweet potato purée, sweet paprika-smoked green beans, savory cornbread stuffing and mashed potatoes.

Sweet Endings: Vanilla bourbon cake, “Dublin strip,” pistachio cheese cake or “desire”

The Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner will be offered from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Dec. 24 and 25 and is priced at $60 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The four-course prix-fixe menu includes:

First Course: Butternut squash soup with essence of cinnamon

Second Course: Golden beet salad with apple, pomegranate, goat cheese salad with hazelnut-Champagne dress

Entrée: Choice of roasted turkey with giblet gravy with charred root vegetable, savory herb stuffing and traditional cranberry sauce or 8 ounce filet mignon with chanterelle mushrooms, marble potato puree and bourbon-black peppercorn sauce or 14K crab cake and lobster ravioli with baby spinach, grape tomato, lobster meat and rose sauce

Dessert: Pistachio Cheesecake: Pistachio dusted Chantilly cream, with caramel drizzle

The New Year’s Eve dinner will be offered from 5 PM to 8 PM on December 31 and is priced at $90 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. This price includes the special celebration that will follow the dinner featuring a live feed of the ball drop and live entertainment including grand piano in the lobby from 5 PM to 9 PM, live three-piece band in the restaurant for dinner from 5 PM to 9 PM and a DJ from 10 AM to 2 PM for the party. The celebratory prix-fixe menu includes:

First Course: Shellfish bisque with essence of fennel

Second Course: “Baby New Year” highlighting baby romaine, baby carrots, baby teardrop tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, chives and balsamic vinaigrette

Third Course: Frutti Di Mare Stuffed Lobster Tail with lemon poached asparagus, herb roasted marble potatoes and saffron butter sauce

Dessert: “Dublin Strip” featuring bittersweet chocolate Guinness ganache with two layers of chocolate sponge soaked with Guinness beer and finished with chocolate glaze
