IMDb Plot: Three years after Mike (Channing Tatum) bowed out of the stripper life at the top of his game, he and the remaining Kings of Tampa hit the road to Myrtle Beach to put on one last blow-out performance.
Spoiler alert: Magic Mike XXL has a heart. Fear not ladies: Tatum & company strip down to their skivvies plenty o'times, but there's more to these guys than mere "swamp country debauchery." The sequel's filled with charm, humor, insecurity and (wait for it) acting. Deep down, it's a group bromance featuring buff dudes; but even a straight guy like me, can appreciate the other stuff (Back Street Boys, Molly-induced seductions.) Tatum delivers the moves, with strong performances by Joe Manganiello & Jada Pinkett-Smith. "We have a tsunami of dollar bills to get to." At least this time, they deserve 'em.
