Join CUA Athletics for the “Cardinal Walk”

From our friends at Catholic University Athletics...

There are new traditions beginning at The Catholic University of America. Students, fans, alumni, friends and families are encouraged to join CUA’s athletic teams on Saturday morning, prior to Homecoming on October 24, for the “Cardinal Walk.”

After pregame breakfast at the Pryz, the Cardinals will attend mass at St. Vincent’s Chapel, on campus at 3502 John McCormack Drive, NE at 10 AM. Once the service concludes, all members of Catholic’s football and men’s & women’s soccer teams will process down to street to Cardinal Stadium and the DuFour center to prepare for their games.

The CUA faithful are all invited to attend mass and then walk and cheer on with the Cards as they rally as one in preparation of an action-packed day. The student tailgate lot opens at 10 AM, with the general admission tailgate lot opening its gate at 11 AM.

Fans unable to attend mass are encouraged to assemble near the Opus Hall parking lot and line the sidewalk to root on a day full of Cardinal victories!

In addition to the Homecoming football game versus Emory & Henry at 1 PM, men’s soccer plays Susquehanna at 1 PM, on the CUA Soccer Field, followed by the women taking on the Crusaders at 3:30 PM. Catholic volleyball is also on the court Saturday, hosting Lancaster Bible at 11 AM, before facing Hood at 1 PM.
