Beefsteak Introduces Fall Menu Items

New seasonal menu items celebrate fall flavors

Beefsteak, where farm-fresh, market-driven vegetables take center stage, today debuted new fall menu items, including: 
• The BEETsteak Sandwich ($5.99): A hearty fall sandwich made with marinated beet (#theotherredmeat), pickled red onion, sprouts, and romaine on an olive oil brioche bun
• Carrot Miso Soup ($7.49): A bold, warming soup of carrot, miso, potato, onion, ginger & tamari, and served with broccoli, green beans, zucchini, edamame and sesame seeds.

Beefsteak and the culinary team led by Executive Chef, Pat Peterson are unleashing the power of vegetables through customizable bowls, chef-driven creations and a selection of soups, salads and sandwiches.
