Momofuku CCDC Celebrates Three Years with Fried Chicken, Dumplings + Fellow Chefs

Momofuku CCDC is celebrating their third anniversary this month with a fried chicken and dumpling party. This has been a landmark year for the restaurant, welcoming a new chef who has completely transformed the menu, and there’s no better way to celebrate than over food. Executive Chef Tae Strain has invited Danny Lee and Scott Drewno of ChiKo, Tim Ma of Kyirisan, and Spike Gjerde of A Rake's Progress to prepare their take on dumplings and fried chicken. Beer and drinks will be served, with a portion of sales being donated to DC Central Kitchen. More details below:
