Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar Celebrates National Mojito Day with $5 Classic Mojitos Available All Day on Wednesday, July 11th

Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar will celebrate National Mojito Day by offering its Classic Mojito at a special price of $5 on Wednesday, July 11. Known to be a favorite drink of author Earnest Hemingway, the mojito is a traditional Cuban highball consisting of white rum, sugar, lime juice, sparkling water and mint. Cuba Libre’s version is made from a combination of freshly pressed sugar cane (called guarapo, which is pressed in-house), fresh lime juice, mint, Cuba Libre-branded white rum and a splash of soda and is one of ten handcrafted mojitos available at the restaurant. The restaurant also offers an extensive rum list showcasing 90+ premium and flavored varieties from Guyana, Haiti, Nicaragua and Tortola. Rums are priced between $8 and $84 per shot, while mojitos are priced from $9.50 to $12 by the glass, and from $47.50 to $60 by the pitcher. Cuba Libre’s National Mojito Day special will be available all day exclusively in the bar/lounge at all four restaurant locations.
