Washington’s New Tech-Savvy Boutique Hotel Will Feature Mobile Room Entry, Customizable Pillow Menu and Streaming In-Room Entertainment
On May 1, ARC THE.HOTEL (824 New Hampshire Avenue, NW) lands in northwest DC’s Foggy Bottom neighborhood, featuring bright, spacious guest rooms, panoramic views of the Potomac River and an impressive array of tech-based amenities.
Combining form with function, the all-new ARC THE.HOTEL offers guests the comfort of plush Frette bedding and chic JN+A-designed decor paired with state-of-the-art convenience. ARC guests can enter their rooms via mobile devices, for instance, and can stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and more in-room on 55-inch televisions.
Additional digitally enhanced perks to enhance guests’ stays include a sleep-perfecting customizable pillow menu and mobile concierge, bringing little luxuries your way with the touch of a button.
Renovated from top to bottom, the nine-story ARC, formerly University Inn, features 136 guest rooms with wood tile entryways in the masters and suites, marble bathroom, desk and vanity countertops, Frette Luxury 300 thread count bed linen, Malin + Goetz “Rum”-scented bath amenities, Keurig coffee makers and more.
