Dirty Habit Celebrates Valentine's Day with Elegant, Prix-Fixe Menu, February 14

Penn Quarter restaurant offers romantic date night with four special courses from Chef Kyoo Eom

Dirty Habita Penn Quarter favorite located across from the Capital One Arena, is offering an elevated, prix-fixe menu this Valentine’s Day. Executive Chef Kyoo Eom has expertly crafted four luxurious courses - including a starter, pasta course, main course, and dessert - for $86 per person.

The first course will whet appetites with options such as French onion soup with braised short ribs, caramelized onions, gruyere cheese, and croutons and a spot prawn crudo complemented by Buddha hands, rhubarb, fresno chilies, and orange gelée.


For the pasta course, couples may choose from two comforting Italian favorites: raviolo al uovo with egg yolk, spinach, ricotta cheese, prosciutto, and black truffle shavings and a rich truffle risotto made with Arborio rice, onions, parmesan, and winter truffles.

The Valentine’s Day decadence continues with entrée choices like the duck casserole with roasted duck breast, crispy legs, duck sausage, tarbais beans, and bread crumbs; pan-seared corvina with sautéed shrimp, chorizo, and saffron rice; and Hokkaido scallops with bacon, shitake mushrooms, cauliflower, and crispy Brussels sprouts.

Dessert brings a sweet ending to a romantic meal. The passion offers a deconstructed passion fruit cheesecake served with mango sorbet, berry sauce, and micro mint. For chocolate lovers, the aptly named love satisfies with a tart au chocolate with poached pear, rose petals, gold leaf, and bourbon ice cream.
