The Morning After the Night Before
Philos presents a pajama party brunch on New Year’s Day
New Year’s Eve is full of revelers, cocktails, late hours and perhaps a little bit of the ‘party.’ Maybe too much of the party... maybe not. Whatever the case, New Year’s Day often brings a slight headache, some sleepiness and a need to wind down. Really, who wants to get out of their PJs, make breakfast or lunch and put on ‘civvies’ if one doesn’t have to?
Philos Mezze + Wine Bar to the rescue. On January 1, 2017, from 12 AM - 4 PM, Philos invites guests to leave their trousers, shirts, belts, etc. at home and come on out in their jammies, bathrobes, curlers, onesies... whatever. No dress code enforced, in this ‘morning after’ themed dining event. After all, the staff is coming out in their morning-after splendor... why shouldn’t the guests?
Philos’ first annual Pajama Party Brunch includes completely bottomless brunch including Sangria, Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Red or White Wine - for a little “hair of the dog,” along with egg dishes, pancakes, and of course a variety of Mezze choices. The full bottomless brunch is priced at $35.
An early morning just out of bed and “come as you are” is key.
Philos Mezze + Wine Bar is open Monday through Thursday from 4 PM until midnight; Friday from 4 PM through 1 AM; Saturday 11 AM - 1 AM and Sunday from 11 AM - midnight.
