Blackwall Hitch has introduced its fall/winter menu for the 2017-218 season among its three locations in Annapolis, MD, Old Town Alexandria, VA and Rehoboth Beach, DE.
“The change of season is always an exciting time for us to bring new flavors to the Blackwall Hitch menu,” said Blackwall Corporate Chef Michael Wagner. “Fall and winter are all about comfort and warmth, which we’ve embraced with our modern, innovative flair.”
Additions to the seasonal menu include...
• Chicken Tortilla Soup: Roasted Chicken, Poblano Peppers, Tomatoes, Tortilla Strips Cilantro & Scallions.
• Ahi Tuna Poke Tower: Diced Ahi Tuna tossed in Honey-Sriracha Vinaigrette & Sesame Seeds layered on top of Avocado & Wakame Seaweed Salad served with Blue Corn Tortilla Chips.
• Knot & Bay Burger: Featuring melted White Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Tomatoes & Onions, Green Leaf Lettuce & Parsley Butter served on a Challah Knot Bun brushed with Old Bay Mayo.
• Braised Beef Short Rib: Tender, slow-cooked boneless Beef Short Rib with Roasted Aromatic Vegetables in a rich, savory Beef Broth served with Butter-Whipped Potatoes & topped with Crispy Onion Straws.
“Our chefs have created sumptuous dishes that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the taste buds. We’re looking forward to this season, especially to share our culinary inspirations at holiday parties and our Thanksgiving buffet,” Wagner said.
