Gluten-Free Takeover at GCDC, October 25th

GCDC Grilled Cheese Bar, Washington’s first and only grilled cheese centric restaurant and bar is going entirely gluten free for one night only in recognition of our large and loyal gluten free following. All of our sandwiches will be grilled on bread from DC’s own Rise Bakery, our mac and cheese made with GF pasta, our beer lines replaced with hard ciders from Bold Rock, and Tito’s Vodka - the gold standard in GF distilling will be featured. Rise is baking a special GF dessert as well!
