How it works is simple. Attendees purchase tickets and RSVP for events using the normal process. Once an RSVP is confirmed, attendees receive a Smart Tones™ ticket via email. Attendees open their ticket at check-in, and the ticket plays an ultrasonic, unique tone to authenticate the attendee as they arrive. LISNR technology works offline, meaning check-in can be done more quickly and securely than barcodes or QR codes, without needing Bluetooth or WiFi. So far Presence has blocked all fraud, identified 100% of audiences, and granted entry in less than one second.
