All Set Restaurant & Bar, located at 8630 Fenton Street, Plaza 5, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910, is excited to participate in the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington’s BBQ & Grilling Week, an annual celebration of “Flavors of the Summer in the City” themed menus of grilled, smoked & spiced dishes. From June 19-25, All Set will be offering a special two-course menu showcasing some of Chef/Owner Edward Reavis’ grilling favorites. Priced at $33 per person (beverages, tax and gratuity not included), guests can enjoy a choice of Smoked Pork Belly with pickled cabbage, apples & red onion and corn purée or the Mesquite BBQ Short Ribs with panko-crusted onion rings and house-made coleslaw followed by a choice of ½ BBQ Roasted Chicken with lemon-dill potato salad and scallion butter corn on the cob or the Grilled Swordfish with broccoli rabe, chickpea panisse and chorizo butter.
WHEN: Monday, June 19th through Sunday, June 25th. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, from 11:30 AM to 3 PM. Dinner is served Monday through Saturday, from 3 PM to 10 PM and Sunday, from 4 PM to 9 PM. Brunch is served Sunday, from 11 AM to 2:45 PM.
