Boundary Stone Launches New Summer Menu

Chef Leo Garcia Has Created a Fresh New Summer Menu at Bloomingdale’s Favorite Neighborhood Pub

Boundary Stone in Bloomingdale has launched a new menu for Summer that includes seasonal takes on classic pub fare. Boundary Stone will be open for Brunch on Memorial Day, Monday May 29.

New brunch dishes include a Meats & Foods Chorizo Sausage sandwich with an over easy egg, pepper jack cheese and tomatillo salsa, and Short Rib Hash topped with two sunny side up eggs. The dinner menu includes Chicken Liver Pate with pistachios, cornichons and pickled onion served with crostini, and house-made beef and pork meatballs grace a Meatball Sub with marinara, provolone and parmesan. New entrees include Potato Gnocchi Al Pesto with asparagus, fava beans and prosciutto, the Pub Steak with a red wine and veal reduction and fingerling potatoes, and a Roasted Salmon Filet with spaetzle, sugar snap peas, spring onion, pancetta and romesco.

Boundary Stone is open Monday through Thursday 4 PM to 2 AM, Friday 12 PM to 3 AM, Saturday 10:30 AM to 3 AM and Sunday 10:30 AM to 2 AM.

The kitchen is open Monday through Thursday until 10 PM, Friday and Saturday until 11 PM and Sunday until 10 PM. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday until 3 PM. Brunch is always served on Federal Holidays and Boundary Stone will be open on snow days. Reservations are recommended but not required.
