For Valentine's Day, Bastille will offer a special menu (see below.) A Valentine's inspired gourmand menu ($69) will be available from Friday, February 10th to Monday, February 13. The Valentine's Day menu (below $89) will be only available on Tuesday night, February 14th. Prices do not include tax and gratuities.

First Course:
• Chestnut Velouté, crème fraiche, lardons, crispy sage with seared foie gras (suppl. $12)
• White asparagus, black truffle vinaigrette, 60-degree egg, Brioche croutons, frisée lettuce
Second Course:
• Yellowfin tuna tartare Blood orange, roasted beets, preserved lemon, capers, pine nuts, mache, flat bread cracker “Brandade”
• Olive oil-braised Baccalau Cod, Cauliflower puree, charred country bread Roasted fennel, piquillo pepper, Espelette sauce
Third course:
• Breast of pheasant with foie gras torchon, “Calvados” sauce Spätzle, braised green cabbage, apple, shallot
• All Natural Veal filet, anchovy-walnut “Bagna Cauda” sauce Roasted Jerusalem artichokes, Royal trumpet & Maitake mushrooms, carrots fondantes
