Managing Director Pascal Forotti of Rosewood Washington, D.C. is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin King as Food & Beverage Operations Manager for the 49-room luxury hotel, located in historic Georgetown at 1050 31st Street, NW. King brings over 13 years of hospitality experience in banquet and restaurant management, event planning and business administration to his new position.

King launched his hospitality career as an assistant banquet manager in his home country of the Bahamas in 2003, at the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Exuma. Five years later, he was tapped as the assistant banquet manager for the Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts in Beverly Hills, California. There he was responsible for maintaining a staff, conducting banquet inventory, and managing the banquet team during hotel events. King continued his training accepting positions at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills as assistant director of banquets, and in 2013, was appointed to director of banquets at the Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts, Beverly Wilshire. There he was involved in implementing, training and coaching his staff on refined service procedures, to upgrade and innovate the banquet bar and buffet presentations. During his tenure, the hotel produced exceptional meeting and events guest experience scores.


King’s most recent position was general manager at The Blvd restaurant at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, before relocating to Washington, DC as the new food & beverage operations manager of Rosewood Washington D.C., King is committed to bringing the highest level of service to Washington, DC's newest luxury hotel. His strong management is exceptionally hands for implementing new and innovative procedures designed for the ultimate guest experience.
