Let the independence celebrations continue! On Bastille Day, Thursday July 14, bid adieu to tyranny and celebrate French Independence Day with straight-forward sophisticated cocktails at Public House Collective’s Quarter+Glory in Washington, DC.

At Quarter+Glory, the latest addition to the Public House Collective family in Washington, D.C.’s U Street Corridor, patrons can answer oui to the Call Me cocktail, or opt for the summery Zelda, also created by Kenneth McCoy.


• Call Me ($13) combines Gin, Giffard Pamplemousse Rose, Honey and Champagne

• Zelda ($12) blends Vodka, lemon, Giffard PĂȘche de Vigne, honey, egg white and a sparkling water topper
