Summer Cocktails Make Their Debut at Knightsbridge Restaurant Group

Ashok Bajaj of Knightsbridge Restaurant Group is pleased to introduce new summer cocktails to his district restaurants. As summer heats up, guests can enjoy cooling cocktails featuring seasonal ingredients and craft spirits. First up is The Bombay Club, located at 815 Connecticut Avenue, NW. Guests can enjoy new summer cocktails such as the Divya, rosemary-infused gin, cherry liqueur and lemon soda; the Amrita, Malibu, apricot brandy and pineapple juice; the Chameli, Champagne, St. Germaine and lemon twist, as well as the All Spice Manhattan, bourbon whisky, sweet vermouth and bitter truth dram. Rasika Penn Quarter, located at 633 D Street, NW, will showcase new Indian-inspired summer cocktails such as the Highland Hopper, Glenmorangie 10 year single malt, apricot liqueur, lemon and IPA; Kerala Kollins, Absolut Elyx vodka, coconut liqueur and pineapple-sage gastrique, and the Delhi Daiquiri, Papa’s Pilar blonde rum, Kummel, ginger beer and lime juice.
