Tiki Season Returns to barmini by José Andrés

Toast to the Tropics with Tiki Cocktails, Offered for a Limited Time, May 24 - June 11

To welcome the warm weather, award-winning chef José Andrés and his team will add 14 specialty tiki cocktails to the menu at barmini, an extensive exploration into the world of cocktails. In addition to the eight returning tiki favorites, including Mohan Travels to Peru and gets a Haircut ($16) and the Ticket to Phuket ($16), the cocktail lab will offer six new beverages. Menu highlights include:

• Wait For It ($18) - coconut oil washed aged rum, vanilla, lime, cilantro, cinnamon


• Tears from a Thousand Swords ($16) - aged rum, ginger, lemon, allspice dram, Benedictine, cinnamon, gold

• Stolen Cask ($16) - amontillado sherry, falernum, dark rum, spanish brandy, pineapple, clove

• Mohan’s Mistress ($16) - pisco, singani, lime, cucumber, raspberries

• Señor y Señorita Sandía ($28; serves 2) - tequila, mezcal, lime, agave, Yellow Chartreuse, Aperol, watermelon, cilantro, sal de gusano

• Tornup Tiki Punch ($16) - vanilla habañero rum, pineapple, grapefruit, cinnamon, angostura & orange bitters
