In the spirit of José’s native Spain, all three DC-area Jaleos will celebrate Día de las Madres with an assortment of festive brunch specials. Jaleo DC will feature spring-inspired a la carte specials from José Andrés, Chef Ramon Martinez and Chef Rodolfo Guzman all day alongside their regular menu with items like sautéed organic pea shoots with jamon; a savory Lobster Paella for sharing; Iberico Tenderloin with blue cheese sauce and mashed potatoes; and White Chocolate Mousse with fresh strawberries, mint and pistachio.
