Sea Pearl Restaurant & Lounge Releases Valentine’s Day Menu Details

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and whether you’ll be celebrating with your husband, wife or someone you just met on a dating app, you don’t want to be caught making last minute plans. Sea Pearl Restaurant & Lounge will be serving a very special Valentine’s Day dinner that promises to impress your date and provide a memorable evening for you both.

The Falls Church, VA restaurant’s prix fixe menu will consist of three courses for $65/person.


Guests will start their meal with one of five appetizers including Lobster Bisque made with Cognac & Tarragon & served with a Crawfish Puff Pastry, Hearts of Palm Salad with Pink Grapefruit, Baby Rocket, Pickled Beet, Candied Walnut & tossed in a Sherry Vinaigrette and Oyster Pot Pie filled with Chinese Celery, Pernod, Tarragon & Applewood Smoked Bacon.

Next comes a choice of seven entrees - each one more enticing than the next.  Sushi lovers can enjoy a special Chef’s Sushi Sampler, which features Nigiri, Sashimi & Rolls, while those who prefer their fish cooked can opt for Grilled Red Snapper with Hericot Vert, Onion, Parsnip Potato and a Bloody Orange Butter Sauce or Chilean Sea Bass with Snow pea Shoots, Scented Jasmine Rice, Jalapeño & Shiro Miso Glaze. Filet Mignon, Jumbo Grilled Shrimp and a Vegetarian Plate will round out the selection of entrees.

Cap off the evening with something sweet! You and your significant other can indulge in Sea Pearl’s Dessert Sampler, which will include a Chocolate Mousse Heart, Rose Crystals, Passion Fruit Pana Cota, Poached Peach & Toasted Graham Cracker.

A large menu of signature sushi rolls include tantalizing combinations and unexpected ingredients.  The Mother of Pearl roll features Tempura Oysters, Old Bay Seasoning, Spicy Crab Stick, Pickled Cucumber, Salmon Pearls, Rice Pearls & Sriracha Yuzu Aioli while the Dancing Lotus Roll contains Hamachi, Garam Masala, Pickled Lotus Root, Avocado, Mango, Jalapeño, Crispy Rice Noodles, Curry Miso Crème Fraiche & Cilantro Sauce.

The space itself is just as attractive and refined as the food coming out of the kitchen. Modern chandeliers and minimalist decor give the restaurant a trendy vibe, while mother-of-pearl curtains and walnut hardwood floors add an element of warmth and serenity to the space.
