The Hamilton Hotel D.C. and its signature restaurant 14K is celebrating the month of love with a romantic hotel travel package offered through February and a delectable Valentine’s Day dinner, offered Valentine’s Day weekend Friday, February 12 through February 14.
Travelers wishing to enjoy the romantic getaway to the nation’s capital in February can partake in the Valentine’s Romance Package priced at just three Hamiltons ($30) added to the special offer rate at time of booking. The celebratory package includes:
• Luxurious hotel accommodations for two
• Champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries upon arrival
• Breakfast for two credit for either room service or redemption at 14K Restaurant
• Late 2 PM check-out

The hotel’s popular restaurant and lounge 14K will also serve an exclusive prix-fixe dinner menu filled with dish choices and the option to enjoy an unlimited Champagne bar and/or mini martini flight selection. The dinner will be available each night from 5 PM to 9 PM and is at $60 per person with an optional add-on for the Champagne bar for $15 and the mini martini flight selection for $19.95, excluding tax and gratuity. The dinner specials include:
First Course:
• Atlantic Smoked Salmon with red beets and salade russe
• Shellfish Bisque with scallop, lobster, red pepper and smoked fennel froth
• Prosciutto di Parma with wild mushroom-asparagus salad, balsamic truffle emulsion
• Goat Cheese Salad with carrots, strawberries, raspberries, green beans, tomatoes and champagne vinaigrette
Entrée:
• Pan Seared Sea Scallops with spinach risotto and Provençale sauce
• Grilled Filet Mignon with potato gratin, broccolini, garlic, tomatoes and chianti sauce
• Roasted Rack of Lamb with basmati-chick pea rice, zucchini, grape tomatoes and red pepper lamb jus
• Seared Chilean Sea Bass with stir fry French beans, fingerling potatoes and chili ginger sauce
Dessert:
• Dark Chocolate Heart, a chocolate sponge cake, raspberry jam and chocolate ganache
• Apple Crepes: crepe filled with cinnamon apples served warm with vanilla cream sauce and creamy caramel
• NY Style Cheesecake: sugar whipped sour cream and bourbon glazed strawberries

Mini Martini Flight Selections:
