Texas Jack’s Barbecue is the New Destination for Saddling Up to a Craft Cocktail

From our friends at Texas Jacks Barbecue...

Texas Jacks Barbecue, the new Arlington restaurant which opened December 7th at 2761 Washington Blvd., Arlington, Virginia 22201 is pleased to unveil its extensive new beverage program. Thirsty diners and barbecue fans alike can enjoy craft cocktails created by Remzi Yilmaz, the beverage director and general manager of the restaurant. Texas Jack’s beverage menu also showcases local craft draft beers, fine keg wines, which are available by the glass and carafe, as well as a nicely balanced selection of whiskies. Under Yilmaz direction, Texas Jack’s was designed during the build-out with a special bar kitchen, allowing its bartenders to dedicate ample space and resources to create a vast selection of house-made infused syrups to incorporate into the cocktails, which will change with the season. To this end, Texas Jack’s makes its own ginger beer and its syrups incorporate fresh herbs, citrus, fruit, and spicy peppers with agave for sweetening, along with house-smoking techniques for a pleasing campfire finish.
