Union Market Cheese Shop Celebrates with Specials and Deals for Saturday
Righteous Cheese, an independent artisanal cheese shop in DC’s Union Market, will be celebrating Small Business Saturday with 15% off all gift basket & Cheese of the Month Club purchases - both online & in-store. All selections will be available for purchase on Saturday to be picked up or shipped, either immediately or at a later date of choice. Additionally, Righteous Cheese will have a gift basket station at the shop, not only offering a discount on cheese-y gifts, but also giving advice and answering questions about putting together the perfect foodie gift this holiday season.
Small Business Saturday will be held November 28, 2015. Now in it’s fifth year, SBS encourages consumers to shop at their local brick-and-mortar businesses which might be overlooked during the big-box dominated Black Friday.
Righteous Cheese is happy to be showing their appreciation for District cheese lovers. Founded in 2012 by local cheese expert Carolyn Stromberg, Righteous Cheese aims to de-mystify the world of cheese by offering a relaxed and open environment for guests to ask questions of knowledgeable and friendly mongers. The shop offers both a wide variety of uncommon artisanal cheeses, as well as certain grocery items and curated beers and wines.
