Righteous Cheese, an independent artisanal cheese shop in DC’s Union Market, will be teaching a class Wednesday, October 28 about Creating the Perfect Cheese Board.
Spend an evening with Righteous Cheese learning how to create the perfect cheese plate - all while sipping & tasting of course! Learn how to select the best cheeses, how to properly cut, what to pair with your selection, and how to beautifully plate your cheese board for your next soiree or holiday gathering. You’ll sample all of the cheeses while sipping a delicious glass of wine, and you’ll head home with a goodie bag of cheeses and accompaniments to get you started on your own.
