NoPa Kitchen + Bar, Ashok Bajaj’s American brasserie located in the heart of Penn Quarter at 800 F Street, NW, is pleased to announce the addition of a new fixed price, affordable lunch special, available Monday through Friday, from 11:30 AM to 3 PM. The menu at NoPa showcases garden fresh vegetables, select meats and fish prepared with a touch of Southern influence by Executive Chef Matt Kuhn. The new lunch additions invite guests to select three from the following options for just $28 per person (tax and gratuity not included): seasonal soup, baby lettuce salad, entrée, glass of house red or white wine, or seasonal sorbet.
Standouts from Chef Kuhn’s late summer menu include the Watermelon & Tomato Gazpacho with pickled watermelon rind, basil-infused ricotta and agrumato; Farro Black Quinoa Risotto with arugula pesto, sweet corn, baby squash, sottocenere and tomato butter; Roasted Amish Chicken, fregola, pine nut, black olive gremolata, Sorrento lemon juice and a arugula-marigold salad or the NoPa Burger with house-made pimento cheese " whiz, " applewood smoked bacon, served with fries.
NoPaKitchen +Bar is located at 800 F Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20004. Hours of operation are Monday through Wednesday, from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM; Thursday and Friday, from 11:30 AM to 11 PM; Saturday, from 5 PM to 11 PM, and Sunday, from 11 AM to 9:30 PM.
