National Harbor Hosts Harbor Halloween, October 24th

National Harbor is hosting Harbor Halloween, an even free and open to the public on National Harbor’s gorgeous waterfront. Harbor Halloween is on Saturday, October 24 from 11 AM - 3 PM and it's packed with fun activities:

• 11-2:30 The Black Dog’s Annual Howl-loween Party with dogs in costume!
• 12-2: Tick or Treating
• 12:30: Watch Hocus Pocus on the Jumbotron
• 2: First Annual National Harbor Chef Pumpkin Carving Contest
• Kids in costume will ride the Capital Wheel free with the purchase of an adult ticket
