Jamie Stiehm, a Creators Syndicate weekly columnist and contributor to, contrasts the lives of "thoroughly modern" Alice Paul to Southern-born President Woodrow Wilson that resulted in the ratification of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Women's Right to Vote, on August 18, 1920.
