Red, White & Rose Flights at Maple

From our friends at Maple...

Flights with Benefits: USA - Sunday, July 5th

Drop by Maple this Sunday for the next installment of their Flights with Benefits program! From 4-5 PM, guests can enjoy a specialty red, white and rose flight of American wines and learn about each one via an informal discussion facilitated by Maple's wine experts. The cost is $15/person plus attendees will receive 15% off any food orders after the event.

Maple's Flights with Benefits program takes place on the first Sunday of every month. Each event highlights wines from a particular region and consists of a tasting and discussion in a relaxed, intimate setting.

Bruschetta

About Maple: Owned by restaurant architect, Eric Gronning and his wife Lori Robertson, Maple is a charming yet contemporary restaurant and wine bar located in DC’s Columbia Heights neighborhood. The Italian-influenced menu features an array of appetizers, salads, pastas and entrees all bursting with clean, bold flavors. Highlights include Prosciutto di Parma/Fig Spread/Gorgonzola Dolce Bruschetta, Crispy Pork Medallions with Polenta, Wilted Kale & Pork Jus and House-made Tagliatelle with Basil Pesto.

An eclectic art collection adorns the walls of the two-level space, adding to the cool vibe of the restaurant. In addition to a sidewalk patio in front, Maple has a large outdoor dining space at the back of the restaurant. Potted greenery, overhead string lights, and brick walls gives the partially enclosed patio an "urban garden" type of feel and make it the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or dine al fresco in the spring and summer.

Maple is open Monday - Thursday from 5:30 PM - 12 AM, Friday from 5 PM - 1AM, Saturday from 10 AM - 1 AM and Sunday from 10 AM - 11 PM. Weekend brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 PM.

Maple is located at 3418 11th St. NW in Washington DC. For more information call (202) 588-7442 or visit www.dc-maple.com
